Need help with Cam Grid?

• Account deletion: in the app, Settings → Delete account. It removes all your data, including snapshots, clips, screens and the viewing log.
• A camera shows an old image? Battery cameras do not wake up for snapshots: their image updates when they record an event, or when Snapshot Capture is on in the Ring app.
• Live view stopped? Ring ends each live session after a short time. Tap the camera again to watch again.
• Why does the Ring app show a Live View event? Every live session you open in Cam Grid appears in your Ring app's event history as a Live View and may start a recording there, as Ring does for any live view.
• The doorbell did not switch my screen? The takeover works only while Cam Grid is open on that screen, and motion switches screens only for cameras where you turned it on.
• A screen you do not recognise? Open Screens and remove it: it is signed out. We email you every time a new screen is paired.
• Remove Cam Grid from Ring: in the Ring app, open the Ring Appstore section and remove Cam Grid from your account.
