Cam Grid is a viewing convenience, not a security system, alarm, or life-safety device. It shows images and live view from your Ring cameras on your screens. It cannot prevent any event and must not be relied upon for safety or security.
Snapshots can be minutes old, live view is on demand and ends after a short time, and a doorbell takeover happens only on screens where Cam Grid is open. Images, live sessions and notifications depend on Ring, your network and your devices, all of which can be delayed or fail. Keep using the Ring app for Ring's own alerts.
By using Cam Grid you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for the security and monitoring of your property.
